Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for the profiles you create and for keeping your sign-in details private. You confirm you are the parent or guardian of any child you add.

Story Credits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. They do not expire. One credit pays for one new generated chapter or new adventure. Reading, re-reading and finishing stories you already own is always free. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Stories and illustrations are produced by AI and are unique to your family. You may read, print and keep them for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not resell them. We may not be able to reproduce an identical story twice.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise unsuitable for children. Written ideas are filtered for child safety and unsuitable requests are declined without using a credit.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a paid generation cannot be completed, the credit is returned to your balance.

You can stop using Story Universe at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Unused credits are not refundable on closure except where required by law.
