Credit and Refund Policy

All prices are displayed and charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Story Credit packs are one-time purchases; they are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

One credit creates one new chapter or one new adventure. Reading, re-reading, finishing and printing stories you already have never costs anything.

A credit is held while a chapter is being created and only taken once the chapter is delivered. If generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.

If you bought a credit pack by mistake, contact us within 30 days of purchase. As a discretionary policy, we will refund the unused portion of that pack to the original payment method. If credits were charged but the promised story content was not delivered and the credits were not returned automatically, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Those rights may apply in addition to the discretionary 30-day policy above. If the service does not meet a statutory guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy required by law.

Credits given as a gift, voucher or part of a beta programme have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.
