Story Credits are bought once and never expire. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

What a credit pays for
One credit creates one new chapter or one new adventure. Reading, re-reading, finishing and printing stories you already have never costs anything.
If something goes wrong
A credit is held while a chapter is being created and only taken once the chapter is delivered. If generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
Refunds on purchases
If you bought a credit pack by mistake, or credits were charged and no story arrived, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the unused portion to your original payment method. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Promotional credits
Credits given as a gift or as part of a beta programme have no cash value and are not refundable.
